These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement. In the event of a conflict, the project-specific agreement shall prevail.

Project IP: Ownership of intellectual property created during a project will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients typically receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project.

Termination of project engagements will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
